Aloha mai kākou! My name is Molly and I am a strategic communications consultant with a proven track record of success in engaging partners and fostering mission-driven coalitions across multidisciplinary teams and diverse communities. With nearly a decade of experience spanning various social justice movements, I offer a wealth of expertise in forging impactful global partnerships across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. My skills extend to client management, strategic design, and providing vital support to senior executives and boards of directors during significant organizational transitions. I have a proven track record of guiding clients through the recruitment and onboarding of new boards, navigating organizational mergers, and managing organizational sunsets with success.
In addition to strategic communications, I also provide peer-to-peer career coaching services to help young professionals thrive in their workplace and assist organizations in designing a culture that attracts, and retains, top talent. I believe good communication is good storytelling, and good storytelling is authentic. In addition to strategic communications, I also provide peer-to-peer career coaching services to help young professionals thrive in their workplace and assist organizations in designing a culture that attracts, and retains, top talent. I work with clients to bring out their most authentic selves, whether through digital media, or their relationships with their colleagues.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington and was certified as a post-partum doula through Childbirth International in 2020, which allows me to provide pro-bono doula services in my spare time. Outside of work, I love to write, dance hula with my friends, walk on the beach, and spend time with my husband and my overly energetic dog.
