Partnerships Manager

The Forward Institute is on the hunt for a Partnerships Manager who can create meaningful relationships and collaboration across government, business and society. Positioned at the centre of the Institute’s mission, you’ll be the main contact for a diverse range of partner organisations, from government departments to social enterprises, understanding their context and identifying growth opportunities.

About the Role

Being part of the Partnerships team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary contact for partner organisations.
• Managing partnership delivery and coordinating with the wider team.
• Maintaining CRM data and facilitating new business discussions.
• Maintaining awareness of market trends and informing our offering accordingly.

About You

You should have:

• A passion for cultivating enduring relationships.
• 2-3 years experience in partnership management, client relations or account management.
• Experience with, or open to, using CRMs and AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for turning complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• A proactive and organised working style, able to juggle competing priorities.
